Images don't work for you?

Read my attempt at verbalizing the story.

Monkeylynn holds up flyers with her face on them. She yells, "The flyers are ready!"

Smooshy walks up and says, "You're running for city president too?" Monkeylynn says, "City council. What do you mean 'too'?"

An ad for Smooshy's candidacy: "VOTE SMOOSHY FOR PRESIDENT! Smooshy's Pickles for some, miniature American flags for everyone else! Monkeylynn is too uptight. Smooshy is the Smooshiest."

Once again, Smooshy is at it with the targeted advertising. He smashes a sheet of paper (his ad) in Mooshy's face. Mooshy says some garbled words, translated at the bottom: "I'm still voting for Monkeylynn."
