Read my attempt at verbalizing the story.

Mooshy is looking at his phone. Marshmallow asks, "Whatcha doin?" Mooshy says, "I'm learning Dog. I'm on a 623 day streak on Duolingo." We see his screen, where Duolingo is asking him to translate a sentence (The cat went to the supermarket) to Dog. His word bank includes things like "woof" and "yip". He says, "I'm excited to practice speaking with the neighbor. I think she is going to be impressed!" In the next scene, Mooshy is standing on a fence, shaking his tail, overlooking a vicious dog. He says, "Chirrrp! Chirrp! Chirp!" The dog growls. Marshmallow pops up over the fence and says, "Maybe you need to shake your tail more?" The dog is foaming at the mouth!
